Families Forward

Families Forward is coordinated through the Maternal &Child Health service with support from the CGHS Volunteer program. The Families Forward volunteer, supports families withyoung children who request additional assistance. The Maternal & Child Health nurses, withthe families, to develop a plan which the Families Forward volunteer will helpto implement. The volunteer may assist inthe family’s home or the community and is a key part of the Maternal and ChildHealth Team.
